WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA: The data controller is FrameMotion Studio OOD, company number (EIK) 205652503, operating under the FrameMotion brand. For any questions about your personal data, you can reach us at: office@framemotion.bg WHAT DATA WE COLLECT: When you first reach out (wedding inquiry form on our website), we collect: - Your names; - Email address; - Phone number; - Instagram handle (optional); - Wedding date and location; - Any information you choose to share about yourselves and your vision for the day. If you're already our clients (signed contract and deposit paid), about a month before your wedding we send an additional wedding questionnaire covering logistics for the day. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING: - For the initial inquiry: based on your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). - Once a contract is signed: based on performance of the contract between us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), including the pre-wedding questionnaire. WHAT WE USE THIS DATA FOR: We use the information you provide solely to: - get in touch with you about your inquiry; - prepare and discuss an offer for our services; - fulfill our contract, if you become our clients, including planning the wedding day. We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA: Data from the initial inquiry form goes directly to FrameMotion Studio OOD's corporate email and doesn't pass through any external provider. Data from the wedding questionnaire (sent to clients with a signed contract) is stored in Google Sheets. Google LLC acts as a processor on our behalf and may store this information outside the EEA; Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as a safeguard. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA: - If we sign a contract with you, we keep your data for the period required by accounting and tax legislation. - If you fill out the inquiry form but don't become a client, we keep your data for up to 6 months, after which it's deleted. YOUR RIGHTS: Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to: - request access to the data we hold about you; - request correction or deletion of your data; - request that we restrict processing of your data object to the processing of your data; - withdraw your consent at any time - lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Bulgaria's supervisory authority, if you believe your rights have been violated.
